Shandong Fujizhiyu Elevator Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of complete elevators that has a Class A manufacturing license issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and integrates elevator research and development, design, manufacturing, marketing, installation, modification and after-sales service. The company is a national high-tech enterprise and has obtained 179 patents, including 8 invention patents, 156 utility model patents and 15 appearance patents.

At present, the first phase of the company's construction covers an area of 60,000 square meters, including 6,000 square meters of modern office buildings, 40,000 square meters of elevator production workshops, a 120-meter elevator test tower, and an annual output of 12,000 elevators. With an annual output of 10,000 steel structure elevators, it is one of the largest production bases for elevators and elevators for existing buildings in the north.

Challenge:

The customer's products are made of various materials and involve different pre-processing methods. The workpieces are wide and mostly irregular, and the workpieces come in many varieties and colors. These factors all restrict the customer's output.

Solution: 

In collaboration with Shandong Fujizhiyu Elevator, ZHYAO's specialists implemented a versatile system in 2023. We have reasonably arranged shot blasting pre-treatment and spray pre-treatment on an automatic powder spraying production line to facilitate customers to deal with different workpiece materials. Two sets of powder spraying rooms were installed at the same time to meet customers' needs for different colors, achieve quick color changes, and improve efficiency.

Features:

1. In order to facilitate users to choose more appropriate pre-treatment methods for workpieces of different materials, two pre-treatment modes of shot blasting and spraying are designed. The shot blasting uses the workpiece to hang from the middle of the shot blasting chamber. The steel shot hits the surface of the workpiece with the high-speed rotation of the blasting heads on both sides, thereby quickly cleaning the impurities and rust on the surface of the workpiece, and forming pits on the surface of the workpiece to improve the subsequent process spraying. The effective adhesion area between the coating and the workpiece greatly improves the adhesion of the coating film. A loading station is designed between the shot blasting process section and the spray process section to facilitate the loading of workpieces that are not suitable for shot blasting.

2. The conveying system adopts the QXG300 conveyor line. Due to the long length of the entire line and the high hanging density of workpieces, in order to ensure smooth operation and long service life of the entire line, two sets of drives are designed in the average section of the entire line.

3. Since the workpieces are wide and mostly have irregular shapes, the drying and curing oven adopts a bridge structure, which facilitates the heat preservation of the oven body and makes greater use of the floor space to arrange ancillary equipment.

4. According to the actual needs of customers for multi-variety and multi-color spraying of workpieces, our design department adopts a dual-set simultaneous online design method for the line spraying system, which can spray workpieces of different colors at the same time or realize color switching faster to meet the needs.

5. The process layout of the entire equipment strictly follows the wet and dry separation mode, which prevents the mixing of wetness from pre-spraying treatment and dry powder spraying.

6. The spray gun adopts the Swiss GEMA brand, which has a good guarantee for the good improvement of powder coating on the inner corners of complex workpieces and the high requirements for spraying surfaces.
